FACE AND SKINCARE CLINIC - SPA

Lula J Aesthics is a luxury skin care clinic and spa that provides high quality face and skin treatments. This project came from a class assignment prompt to rebrand an existing company.

The Owner of Lula J Aesthetics is a highly experienced licensed esthetician, she has worked in top spas and skin clinics across the metroplex. Wellness and Synergy is at the center of her work, which is depicted in the intertwining of the L and J within her logo. The chosen color palette speaks to the wellness side of her brand, utilizing natural greens found in nature and green clay masks. Another predominant color used is charcoal, which highlights the deep cleansing that is provided with each service. The logo also speaks to the brand by the use of clean, simple lines much like the products used at the clinic. The typography also speaks to the curvature of the face as well as the swooping strokes that sooth the client as products are applied to the face.

The Design of the space also makes use of the same natural tones of green, sand, and charcoal. the selected finish products and furniture also utilizes natural elements of wood, brass, leather, hemp, cotton and marble stone. The layout of this space immediately separates the client from the outside world. Upon entering the space the client will find a resting places as well as conveniently appointed storage cabinets where the client can disrobe privately and store their belongs. There are several points of adjustable light to provide the client visibility without disturbing the overall ambiance. The equipment and sink have also been tucked away behind the walls of the spa room as to not disturb the visual harmony of the space. The flicker of candles, sounds of water cascading down the stone feature wall and the warmth from the wood and brass fixtures gives the space a luxurious but soothing experience.
